CIU Office as an insurance company, had a document storage problem that was still paper-based. Then, an office design solution focused on spreading storage per department became the main goal that MNTS had to achieve. This design was intended to simplify storage organization and reduce mess.
MNTS brings an office design concept inspired by modern libraries so that the space becomes more efficient and organized while still paying attention to aesthetic and ergonomic aspects. The CIU Office space layout is arranged by distributing document storage in each department, with storage areas integrated directly into the workspace. This storage wall is connected to the office circulation which makes it easy for workers to access documents without interrupting other departments. In addition to storage-related solutions, MNTS provides an office design approach by bringing a distinctive atmosphere of Japanese-style interiors. This can be seen through the wooden elements, the play of lights, and the neutral and warm colors of the furniture.
Located in an office tower, the arrangement of the floor plan had to be considered to minimize complexity. So, the area near the glass window is arranged for the private room and meeting room that faces directly to the outside view of the building. In addition, supporting spaces such as the pantry, entertainment room, and lounge are also designed as office support spaces that also bring out a homey and warm atmosphere.
